Yes. You will need an RV to stay at our resort, but you don’t have to own one to stay with us. Guests can rent an RV from third-party providers to drive from their location or arrange for a rental to be delivered and set up directly at the resort. Sites range from 45–80 ft in length. Extended patios available for multi-RV setups.
Yes. Some sites are more spacious than others (Interior sites and our Platinum site), but we can work with you to accommodate your vehicles regardless of the site type you choose.
Yes, we have a mix of both.

Yes! Pets are welcome in all outdoor spaces and restaurants when leashed.
No, all breed types are welcome, as long as they are leashed or contained. We’ve welcomed everything from dogs, cats, and turtles to rabbits, pigs, and even a kangaroo.

No. The Regatta on Grand is a boutique, luxury RV resort. To ensure all guests enjoy the premium experience they’ve come to expect, we ask that everyone keep their site setup compact and organized. Tents and pop-up campers are not permitted. All equipment, vehicles, and recreational items must remain within your designated site boundaries. Keeping your site tidy and organized helps ensure every guest can enjoy a clean, beautiful resort environment
Frequently Asked Questions About Our Amenities
We don’t have a swimming pool, but guests enjoy our elevated 14-person swim spa overlooking Sailboat Bridge—a relaxing spot with scenic lake views.
We do not have boat docks or slips. However, the resort offers two private boat ramps for guest use, and our concierge can help arrange boat or jet ski rentals, as well as guided lake cruises.
At this time, we do not provide public laundry or shower facilities. Because of this, all RVs must be self-contained. Restrooms are available inside our on-site restaurants during business hours.
We don’t offer a traditional playground, but families enjoy exploring the shoreline walking trail, kayaking, paddleboarding, and spending time with their furry friends at the dog park. For additional fun, BOOM Sports Bar has cornhole and pinball, and our indoor lounge is a great spot for board games and puzzles.
There are no public bathhouses. Guests have access to restrooms inside our on-site restaurants during operating hours.
