This isn’t your typical campground rally. We’ve created an all-inclusive experience for RV travelers who love a little adventure, appreciate really good food, enjoy meeting new people, and wouldn’t mind being spoiled for a few days.

Your Regatta Rally registration is $2,600 per couple and includes more than $3,650 in accommodations, dining, activities, entertainment, and experiences throughout your stay.
You’ll spend five nights at one of our lakefront RV sites at The Regatta on Grand, surrounded by the beauty of Grand Lake in northeast Oklahoma’s Ozark foothills.
But your lakefront RV site is just the beginning.
We’ve planned five days of experiences that take you underground, behind the scenes, off-road, and even into the sky.
And when you’re not out exploring? We’ll be waiting back at The Regatta with great food, cocktails, themed dinners, relaxing activities, and plenty of time to simply enjoy the lake.
Your Grand Lake Adventure Begins
We kick things off Monday evening with a Cowboy Cookout and live music, giving everyone a chance to settle in, meet their fellow Rally guests, pick up their event merchandise, and get ready for the week ahead.
Then the adventures begin.
You’ll travel into the Ozarks for a guided tour of Bluff Dwellers Cave, where thousands of years of geological history have created incredible stalactites, stalagmites, flowstone, cave coral, and other formations beneath the surface.
Another day takes us behind the scenes at Newell Coach, where you’ll get an up-close look at how custom, multi-million-dollar luxury motorcoaches are built from the ground up. From the custom chassis and miles of integrated wiring to hand-painted exteriors and beautifully appointed interiors, it’s a fascinating look at the craftsmanship behind some truly extraordinary coaches.
From there, we’ll step back in time at the historic Coleman Theatre, a 1929 vaudeville theatre along Route 66 known for its spectacular Louis XV interior and original “Mighty Wurlitzer” pipe organ. We’ll even enjoy lunch right on the Coleman Theatre stage.
And we’re just getting started.
See Grand Lake From the Trails—and the Sky
One of the week’s biggest adventures takes us to the legendary off-road trails around Disney, Oklahoma.
With a local guide leading the way, you’ll head out on a guided UTV adventure through rocky ridgelines, creek crossings, rugged terrain, and scenic trails near the historic Pensacola Dam.
Then we’ll trade four wheels for rotor blades.
Every couple will have the opportunity to experience Grand Lake by helicopter, soaring above the shoreline for a completely different view of the lake we love so much.
With the rally taking place in early November, we’re hoping Mother Nature puts on a show for us with the beautiful fall colors of northeast Oklahoma stretching out beneath you.
It’s the kind of Grand Lake memory that’s hard to make from the ground.
There’s Plenty of Time to Slow Down, Too
Adventure is only half of the Regatta Rally experience.
We’ve intentionally built moments into the week to relax, laugh, create, eat, sip, and enjoy being right where you are.
Start a morning with yoga. Spend an afternoon at our Paint & Sip, creating your own reminder of your time on Grand Lake.
Later in the week, join us for a feel-good body care class, where you’ll create your own products in a scent you choose and take home your custom-scented body butter, foaming shower oil, body mist and/or beard oil.
And throughout the week, you’ll have leisurely afternoons and downtime at the resort—because a luxury getaway shouldn’t leave you needing another vacation when it’s over.
Come Hungry
We hope you like good food, because there will be plenty of it.
Three chef-prepared meals each day are included in your Regatta Rally experience, with menus and themed events designed to make dining part of the fun rather than just something squeezed between activities.
One evening we’ll transport you to the tropics with our Havana Nights White Party. Another brings everyone together for an Italian-themed dinner. We’ll turn dinner into a little friendly competition with Trivia Night, and our final evening begins with cocktail hour followed by a special wine-themed dinner.

One Last Night Out
For our grand finale Friday night, we’re heading to Indigo Sky Casino for an evening of gaming and entertainment.
Try your luck at the slots or tables, spend the evening with new friends, and celebrate an incredible week together before returning to The Regatta for one final night on Grand Lake.
Saturday morning, we’ll gather for breakfast one last time before everyone prepares to hit the road.
Although after five days together, we have a feeling saying goodbye might be the hardest part of the itinerary.
