Regatta on Grand – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 28, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of www.theregattaongrand.com (the “Site”) and all reservations, stays, and services provided by The Regatta on Grand, operated by WSRR LLC (“The Regatta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site, making a reservation, or staying at The Regatta on Grand, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or book a reservation.

Purpose of the Website

The Site is provided to allow guests to:

  • View information about The Regatta on Grand
  • Make reservations
  • Contact our team
  • Receive updates related to their stay

 

Eligibility to Stay

The Regatta on Grand is an RV resort. To be eligible to stay:

  • RVs must be 15 years old or newer
  • Exceptions may be considered with prior approval and photos emailed to cait@theregattaongrand.com
  • No pop-up trailers or tent camping permitted
  • All RVs must be fully self-contained and equipped with their own bathroom, shower, and water tanks

The Regatta does not provide public restroom or shower facilities. Guests traveling in winterized units acknowledge that onboard facilities remain their responsibility.

Site Assignment & Requests

Guests acknowledge and understand that specific site numbers cannot be guaranteed. While we gladly accept site requests and make every effort to honor them, assignments are based on availability and operational needs.

The only guarantee associated with a reservation is placement within the site category booked. Requests are prioritized whenever possible and always handled with the goal of providing the best possible guest experience.

Payment Terms

All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Pets

Pets are welcome at The Regatta on Grand. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests:

  • Pets must be leashed at all times unless inside the designated dog park
  • Pets must be supervised at all times
  • Pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly

Failure to comply may result in removal from the property without refund.

Guest Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

Guests assume full financial responsibility for:

  • Any damage caused by themselves or their guests
  • Violations of resort rules
  • Improper use of resort amenities

Guests acknowledge that an RV resort environment includes inherent risks, including but not limited to outdoor conditions, weather, fire pits, docks, patios, grills, uneven surfaces, and other amenities. Guests voluntarily assume all such risks associated with their stay to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 30 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund
  • Within 30 days but more than 7 days prior to arrival: Full travel credit (no expiration)
  • Within 7 days of arrival: No refund or credit

This policy applies to all reservations, regardless of reason or booking channel. Travel credits are non-transferable. We strongly encourage guests to consider travel insurance.

Electronic Communications

By visiting the Site or communicating with The Regatta electronically, you consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS, phone, or website notices. These communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Children

The Site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. Guests under the age of 18 must be staying with a parent or legal guardian at all times while on property.

Third-Party Services & Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The Regatta is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those sites.

Certain services—including payment processing and reservations—may be provided by third-party vendors. By using the Site, you consent to the sharing of necessary information with these providers solely to deliver requested services.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of The Regatta or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content may not be copied, modified, distributed, or exploited without express written permission.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Regatta on Grand, WSRR LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your stay, your use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms.

Arbitration & Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, your reservation, or your stay shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act.

  • Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association
  • A single neutral arbitrator will preside
  • The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Courts may only be used to enforce an arbitration award or where arbitration is prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Regatta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or your stay, including but not limited to loss of property, injury, or interruption of services.

If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Site or these Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Site and services.

Termination & Access Restriction

The Regatta reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service, terminate access to the Site, or remove guests from the property for violations of these Terms or resort policies, without refund.

Changes to These Terms

The Regatta reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or property after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Regatta regarding use of the Site and your stay. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
